We arrived in Narita yesterday from Tokyo, I just have a few words about the hostel we are currently at. It’s the most expensive hostel we’ve stayed at on our entire trip so far it’s called the Azure International Guest house in Narita, the decor is nice and it was probably just built within a few years but for some reason though they are the cheapest buggers around; It’s the middle of November and they wont turn the heat on! Plus the doors are built so they don’t close all the way which is a little creepy to boot. Oh, and theres not even a hotplate or any kitchen to be found and worst of all no wireless! At least we are only here for three nights then we’re off to China!
Our first day in Narita we weren’t allowed to check in until after three sharp. So we walked around for a bit until we heard they were having some some sort of a festival around the large park in the canter of the city. While we never actually saw anything of the sort we did come across an amazing temple and grounds which is actually quite big compared to the size of the city itself and they’re were quite a few women dressed in Kimonos which always makes the scenery that much nicer. We also heard they have a fairly large mall in the city, which we may try to steer clear of considering our always low bank accounts. Anyways, not much else new today
