Drinking a beer for breakfast and sitting outside an amusement park that by the looks of it got their clientèle from the geriatric ward. The worlds a funny place on a few hours sleep. Somehow we ended up heading out to a little spit of land just outside of Fukuoka to see another temple, it ends up who ever made the map forgot to put the “not to scale” notation at the bottom so if we want to get there we have to walk about another hour and a half just to begin the day. So we end up trying to check out an amusement park we passed on the way in just to make the 45 minute train ride seem worth while, but it’s dead and expensive. Guess how quick that idea got scrapped.
One the way back into town we decide to head back over to Canal city and grab some lunch, maybe some more shopping (I ended up with a sweater and a sticker of a chick in a bikini for my surf board). After that we pretty much just headed home. Wasn’t a particularly exciting day but we’ve been trying to give our legs a bit of a break while were here, plus my body has been trying to revert back to Pacific standard time for some reason. Tomorrow should be more exciting
